I got the spicy tuna roll (with avocado/inside out add on) and Snow White roll, and both were amazing! I absolutely love the options of add ons - Ginger had a lot of options including avocado, mango, cucumber, cream cheese and more. It was also ready super quick and good prices. 10/10!

Terrific family run restaurant with excellent Japanese menu. Quiet, friendly, excellent place for a cosy visit with a dear friend, for a family dinner with kids, we also went there with a group of 14 after a memorial service for a beloved family member at First Parish Bedford across the street -' service and food is consistently awesome.

Once again a great experience at this little place. We had enough time so we decided to sit down inside the restaurant, rather than the usual takeout routine. I got three sushi rolls and my friend got the sashimi lunch special, along with two portions of warm sake. Everything was great. Prices for the sushi rolls went up a bit in the last year or so, but that's understandable, and maybe they'll come back down again. If this happens, it will only mean even more visits to Ginger in Bedford.

Very mid, serviceable Japanese restaurant. The sushi and chicken teriyaki plate failed to wow me. Yet again, not too many other options in Bedford...

Stopped here recently for a small business dinner. Enjoyed great food(dumplings are outstanding among other things), great service and a great experience overall. Will definitely be back.

Best sashimi and sushi in the area! Extremely fresh and nice selection - best toro, hamachi and saba I have had in a long time. Friendly and attentive staff. Look forward to coming here for a long time.

These folks don't mess around - I asked for extra Wasabi, because I like Wasabi like Dracula likes hemoglobin. They may have interpreted it as a dare and gave me a larger than golf ball size lump....that's just awesome! The Sashimi was good quality, portion size was decent, and I'll have to other dishes. The rice texture could be improved. Shrimp tempura is substantial, but not ideal for take out since it gets soggy fast.
